Testing, Evaluation and Assessment Spotlight

Read an interview that I gave to the IATEFL TEA Special Interest Group Newsletter, Spring 2012, Issue 50, pages 46-47.

Where are you based?

I am working at Khon Kaen University International College (KKUIC) in northeastern Thailand.

How long have you been there? / Which other countries have you worked in?

I have been working at KKUIC for nearly two semesters and spent the previous eight years at a community university also in northeastern Thailand. Before that, I was teaching high school children at a language center in Bangkok for two years. I taught part-time for eight years in the UK before locating to Thailand.

How long have you been a member of IATEFL?

I’m not sure really. I suppose when I first started out in the mid 1990s. My TESOL teacher, Tony at Farnborough Technical College made me aware of IATEFL and I have renewed my membership every year ever since.
